There are different conditions under which different products can be returned for a refund. Refunds will not be given for shipping and handling charges.The money back guarantee on any product may be taken advantge of once per customer. Receiving a return credit voids all future guarantees.

We recommend shipping with a carrier that offers insurance and package tracking. We are NOT responsible for damaged or lost returns.

The following products offer a money back guarantee:

Hair Genesis - Product guarantees are limited to the period of time associated with the product package purchased.

•One month kits are guaranteed for up to one month from purchase.
•Three month kits are guaranteed for three months from purchase.
•Six month kits are guaranteed for up to six months from purchase.
•Twelve month kits are guaranteed for twelve months from purchase.

In order to qualify for a refund you must return all bottles whether used or unused. You must use Hair Genesis as directed. For example, using three months worth of Hair Genesis in a few weeks will void the guarantee. Any bottles returned opened, used, or in otherwise unresalable condition after 30 days from purchase will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Any products returned by Hair Genesis members after 90 days of their joining date will be charged a 20% restocking fee regardless of it's condition (ie; whether it's been opened or not).

Shen Min & NuHair – All Shen Min & NuHair products carry a 90 day money back guarantee (minus shipping costs). To qualify for a refund you must:

  • Use the product as directed. For example, using three month’s worth of Shen Min in a few weeks voids the guarantee.
