Mag-Gro can be used whenever and wherever you choose. Mag-Gro should be rolled over the scalp very gently until your scalp becomes accustomed to the sensation. In time, more pressure can be applied. The purpose of Mag-Gro is to invigorate your scalp. In order to do this Mag-Gro must be used regularly and often. Just as you brush your teeth every day to maintain their appearance and keep them in good health, you should also roll your scalp every day for the same reason.

Recommended usage is 1 to 2 times per day, for 30 to 90 seconds each time. There are just two things to keep in mind. First, if you experience any pain or discomfort, cease use. Secondly, the more you use Mag-Gro, the more blood will flow to your scalp. The more blood that flows to your scalp, the better it is for your hair.
