Hair Genesis Guarantee : Return Policy

HairGenesis products have been proven to be effective in arresting hair loss and promoting fuller, thicker hair growth in a large number of persons using the product as directed. However, we are unable to make any warranties or guarantees as to the outcome of your course of treatment beyond the value of the product grouping purchased. You are solely limited to a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling, upon returning the product.

Product guarantees are limited to the period of time associated with the product package purchased.

•One month kits are guaranteed for up to one month from purchase.
•Three month kits are guaranteed for up to three months from purchase.
•Six month kits are guaranteed for up to six months from purchase.
•Twelve month kits are guaranteed for twelve months from purchase.

In order to qualify for a refund you must return all bottles whether used or unused. Any bottles returned opened, used, or in otherwise unresaleable condition after 30 days from purchase will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Hair Genesis Memberships - Hair Genesis members may return their products at any time within 6 months of signing up for a membership. Any products returned by Hair Genesis members after 90 days of their joining date will be charged a 20% restocking fee regardless of it's condition (ie; whether it's been opened or not).
