Will my order be shipped discreetly?
Yes. We ship all packages via UPS in either unmarked boxes or plain UPS pouches showing "Sunset Marketing" as the sender.

Will my order be shipped the same day it's placed?
In most cases, orders placed before 2:00pm CT will be shipped the same day.

How can I track my order?
Domestic orders should receive a tracking number via email when the order is shipped as long as a valid email address is provided.

How long does it take for International orders to arrive?
International orders are shipped via DHL Express and barring any interference from customs should take 3-5 business days to arrive. However, customs will often hold packages for extended periods of time.
